About Ensembl Regulation

Ensembl Regulation provides computational annotation of regulatory features in the genome.

The first step of the computational process is primary analysis where sequencing reads from genomic assays, such as ChIP-seq and ATAC-seq, are mapped to the genome and enriched regions (peaks) are called.

The results of primary analysis are then used to produce our final annotation of regulatory features.
